MindBall

MindBall offers mindset and mental health workshops for young people in sport.

Through a combination of foundation mindset training, mental health awareness and applied performance development, MindBall helps young people understand their thoughts and emotions, manage pressure and build confidence in both sport and everyday life.

From building strong foundations to applying these skills in high-pressure environments, MindBall supports long-term development in focus, decision making, resilience and performance.

MindBall can be delivered across a range of environments including:

  • Grassroots clubs

  • Sports academies

  • Community sport programmes

  • Schools

For players aged 12 and upwards.

The MindBall Workshops

MindBall offers three pathways depending on the needs of the club or organisation.

MindBall Mindset Workshop

A single interactive session introducing the foundations of mindset and performance.  Players learn tools and techniques to help manage pressured moments, improve decision making and stay focused

MindBall Mental Health & Well Being Workshop

A single interactive session focused on mental health and wellbeing, from personal experience, helping young people understand their thoughts and emotions, and feel more confident talking about their feelings.

MindBall Programme Workshop

A structured six-session programme further developing understanding of how mindset affects performance, helping players apply mental skills consistently in training and games.
